Coffee Fare  ·  Planning Your Event

Event Requirements

Everything you need to know before the day — so your event runs seamlessly from the moment our cart rolls in.

What We Need From You

Our carts are fully self-contained — no sink, no running water, no special infrastructure. Here's all we need to deliver a flawless service at your event.

Power — One Standard Outlet Per Cart
A regular 120V wall outlet within reach of the cart location. Nothing special — just the kind of outlet found in any venue, home, or outdoor pavilion with power access. We bring our own professional-grade extension cord, so proximity matters more than quantity.
No generator needed. If your venue is entirely without power, let us know during planning — we'll discuss options.
📐
Space — A Clear, Flat Area for the Cart
A flat, stable setup area of approximately 6×6 feet for the cart and service station. We also appreciate a small buffer on either side for guests to approach and collect their drinks comfortably. Indoors and outdoors both work well.
If your setup space is limited or unusual, just let us know — our team has configured service in everything from narrow hallways to rooftop terraces.
🚗
Access — Loading & Parking for Our Team
We need vehicle access close to the venue entrance for load-in — ideally within a short rolling distance of the setup area. A reserved parking spot or loading zone for the duration of the event is appreciated, particularly at multi-vendor or hotel venues.
If there are specific vendor access procedures at your venue, share them when you book and we'll coordinate directly.
👤
A Site Contact to Meet Our Barista on Arrival
One person who can greet our barista when they arrive, show them to the setup area, and confirm where to find the power outlet. They don't need to manage our team — just get us started. From there, we take care of everything.
We'll confirm your site contact's name and number during the pre-event check-in the week before your event.
