Pricing & Booking
Pricing is based on guest count, service duration, and your event location. We don't publish flat rates because every event is genuinely different — a two-hour wedding brunch for 80 guests and a full-day corporate conference for 500 guests each need a tailored quote. Get in touch and we'll give you a clear number quickly — no waiting days for a vague estimate.
No upfront deposit is required to lock in your date. A credit card is needed to complete the booking. Your invoice is due on or before the day of your event — so you're not paying anything out of pocket months in advance.
Simple. Step one: get a quote by reaching out through our booking page — share your date, location, guest count, and how long you need us. Step two: we confirm availability and send you a clear quote with everything itemised. Step three: confirm and we lock in your date. From there, your event planner handles all the pre-event logistics, timeline, and day-of coordination.
You'll receive a booking confirmation with a full event summary, preliminary timeline, setup requirements, and your invoice. In the week leading up to your event, we'll confirm final details: guest count, special requests, venue access, and barista contact information. On the day, our team arrives 60–90 minutes before service starts, handles everything, and checks in with you once they're set up and ready.
Availability & Capacity
There's a good chance we do. We work on a first-come, first-served basis and can generally accommodate last-minute requests outside of peak holiday periods. The best way to know for certain is to reach out with your date — we'll confirm quickly.
As a general guide: one barista serves approximately 50 drinks per hour. For events with 75–100 guests in a two-hour window, a single barista works well. For 100–200 guests, two baristas keep the line moving. For 200+ guests or events with high-volume rush periods, we'll recommend multiple baristas and discuss the best configuration for your timeline and space.
We serve events across our region, with travel accommodated based on distance and event size. Get in touch with your location and we'll confirm availability. We've served corporate summits, government functions, and private celebrations across a wide area — if it's worth doing right, we'll find a way to be there.
Menu & Dietary
The full menu includes every espresso classic your guests would expect from a high-end café: Latte, Cappuccino, Americano, Cortado, Mocha, Salted Caramel Latte, Vanilla Latte, Lavender Latte, rotating seasonal specialties, Matcha Latte, Chai Latte, Hot Chocolate (with flavor variants), and a curated Tea Selection. Yes — dairy-free and vegan options are standard at every event. Oat milk and almond milk are always on hand alongside whole milk, so every guest is taken care of. Sugar-free syrups and decaf espresso are available on request. For specific allergen concerns, please let us know when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
Absolutely. Signature drink creation is one of our most popular add-ons — a named specialty built around your event theme, brand, or season. Whether it's a colour-matched latte, a flavored creation unique to your occasion, or a drink with your company name on it, our baristas will work with you to make it happen. Mention it when you book.
Service & Setup
Every quote includes: the full drink menu, professional barista staffing, the mobile coffee cart, commercial espresso machine, all service equipment, specialty coffee beans, milk and dairy alternatives, cups, lids, condiments, syrups, extension cord, and complete setup and breakdown. No. Our carts are fully self-contained. We don't require a sink, running water, or a kitchen nearby. For longer events, access to water is helpful but never a dealbreaker — we'll discuss what works best for your venue when you book. See all event requirements →
